Our Story
Kallpoosh Foundation began with a Single Window Disability Centre at the Indian Red Cross Society, Gurugram, Haryana, offering integrated services in health, skill development, and rehabilitation for persons with disabilities. Our commitment to serving vulnerable communities led us to expand our reach and establish GharApnaa – Senior Citizen Care Home in Jammu, providing shelter, medical care, and dignity to elderly citizens affected by conflict, insurgency, and migration.
Today, we offer comprehensive Home Based Primary Care for older adults who have disabilities, multiple chronic conditions, functional impairments and social challenges that make visits or movement difficult. Our holistic approach ensures that no one is left behind in accessing quality care and support services.
With the unwavering support of our donors, dedicated volunteers, and strategic partners, we continue to expand our impact, bringing hope, dignity, and sustainable opportunities to vulnerable communities across India while preserving the rich cultural heritage of Kashmir for future generations.
